North Side is where the Stockyards are and tend to be more Hispanic but the farther down I35 and 820 heading north it gets into the North Richland Hills area and the neighborhoods pick up. East and South Dallas tend to more African American, which is not bad, but they are in the lower ends of FW (some nicer areas but you have to look for them.
